The iPad has really taken off in NZ and already compulsory in some schools. We will see its use more and more and it is important for parents to understand and set some of the parental controls.
General Parental Control Restrictions Setup
From the home screen, select Settings > General.
Select Restrictions. If you haven't done this before, select Enable Restrictions.
Enter a 4-digit passcode. Make sure you remember this passcode, in case you need to change these settings.
